Return and Refund policy

- Faulty Item Received

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to support@topmazing.com along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item. 

30 days from date of delivery. We accept returns for refund or exchange with items damaged in transit or wrong item by our side.

- I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested

The orders can't be cancelled after 48 hours of placing them. Because we usually ship them within 48 hours of receiving the order. 

Exchanges Policy

30 days from date of delivery. If the product has a manufacturing defect i.e ripped or torn when you open the package, let us know by taking a picture and email us directly with your order number at support@topmazing.com
